The Faro shorts are a super stretchy softshell short (try saying that quickly!). Ideal for active pursuits, when trousers would just get in the way, but you still need a technical feature set to see you through.
Whether you’re out on the bike, trekking through the Alps or enjoying some hot rock climbing somewhere exotic, the Faro fit the bill. Cut just above the knee, the high UPF fabric will prevent sun burnt thighs from ruining your day out, and the fabric stretch will let you move pretty much any way your body will let you!
There are plenty of pockets to stash your stuff. On the front - 2 YKK zipped hand pockets, one of which has a clip loop sewn in. On the thigh a zipped pocket with an internal pocket (fits iPhone). On the rear there is another zipped pocket.
Inside leg 10.25"
- Stretchy, wicking, wind resistant softshell
- C6 DWR finish and UPF 50 sun protection
- Technical semi-slim cut
- Diamond crotch for articulation
- Double stitched critical seams for durability

Excellent multi activity short
I use these most days cycling on my all weather and all terrain commute and often go from kayak to bike to walking. They're great for all of these things. Not too baggy, not too tight. Just the right above-the-knee length. Quick drying too!
Bought these for an active holiday in Cyprus. They are very stretchy and comfortable, with numerous safe pockets. I particularly liked the right thigh pocket with an internal slip pocket for my iPhone 7 and cover. Fits perfectly. I got the blue pair and enjoyed the more funky look on holiday! I lounged, walked and cycled in them. Nice solid belt loops as well.
Far out Faro's
I've hammered these so far during my trip to Nepal. Durable, comfortable, and also dead good for mountainbiking too it turns out. The fit is perfect and they look good too (unlike me).
Plenty of zip pockets keep everything secure in the chowks or on the bike.
They are so good that I'm having two more pairs brought over so that I can use them during The Yak Attack. Brilliant, I love them.
