Life on the road isn’t always plain-sailing… Luckily Toliari is tough and durable enough to cope with whatever the road throws at you.
Toliari pannier bags give you additional mounted storage for your two-wheeled touring adventures. They’re reliable, durable, and come in both clipped and clipless forms.
Toliari clipless is our lightweight, more versatile option. You can load it on either your front or back pannier, and it has versatile webbing ladders that permit a multitude of attachment options.
Toliari clipped features adjustable clips and a large top handle, making them particularly stable on your pannier and convenient to mount and remove when you take a pit stop. It’s designed to fit a 10 mm bar.
Both the clipped and clipless Toliari feature Hypalon tabs and a semi-rigid flat back for an extra secure fit.
All our Toliari bags use 400D TPU coated nylon outer, combined with welded construction and roll-top closure, to keep your gear protected from the elements. Highly resilient against oil and grease, Toliari copes easily with the day-in, day-out abuse of life on the road.
Toliari is compatible with our Love Mud Mool, neat!
We recommend always using a dry bag within your Toliari for electricals for extra protection.

Toliari Pannier 20
(Ed: google translated as
In operation for 2 years.
Passed 2 large (20 and 40 days) campaign and several small.
Sits on the trunk very tightly, does not crawl, does not creak.
There were heavy rains and drizzling - nothing got wet or where it had not leaked.
Convenient carrying handle.
When laying things, the lining covering the fastening screws is pulled up (Velcro is undone).
As a result, we removed these lining.
It is very difficult for a woman to take it off - tight mounting clips (this is rather a plus - sits tight, see dignity).
Exit - we did not remove the bags during the whole trip.
It is not convenient to attach the bag to the bottom of the trunk with a rubber band. (I have a model with a rubber below).)
Keeps it clean and compact
After ten months of daily work commute use, still no wear and tear. A small hole of abrasion with a brick wall, still holds with a small patch of duct tape that adheres well on the fabric. Autumn and winter storms, mud and heavy rain have no say over my dry and clean office wear and lunch.
Only downside is that it is a bit unstable so when unmounted you either hold it with one hand or have to lay it flat on the floor.
Hardwearing but user unfriendly
12 litre size used on rack as small panniers. Have lasted several years for commuting and a tour. Fully waterproof.
Downside is practicality - lack outer pockets for quick access. Roll top is fiddly. Worst aspect is the elastic attachment system, which is cumbersome and slow to remove/attach. In muddy conditions, hands get filthy. Fine if left on bike, but impractical for ‘grab and go’. No possibility for fitting carry strap. Hand loops are large and impede rack-top storage.
Nice bag, shame about the clips
I bought these a while a go to replace my Alturas that have been going strong for over 10 years. When they arrived I was impressed with the quality of the material and I like the roll down top, the lack of pockets wasn't an issue, in fact this meant were less points of ingress. I really wanted to like these panniers!
I didn't get a chance to use them properly until recently and straight away found an issue with this pack is the clips, they're not exactly substantial and really don't fit the Topeak rack I'm using well at all, I've had to pick the bags up off of the road twice now.
The Altura system I had before locked on and were totally secure, these I just don't trust. Unfortunately I need a system I can easily attach and remove so it looks like I'm going to have to relegate these and buy a different pair.
