SofA Hathersage Courses for 2018

Back to school everybody! No, not that kind of school... Learn something new, meet like-minded folk, and GNPDGT with the School of Adventure at Alpkit Hathersage

The School of Adventure is back on popular demand for 2018, helping you Go Nice Places, Do Good Things, and try something new!

We seem to be plodding through January, with its damp, dark evenings, post-Christmas lethargy and looming New Year’s Resolutions… it’s time to pull our socks up, get out there, and try something new! We’ve got the will, now all we need is the way…

Fortunately, your favourite school of outdoor courses in the Peak District is back with a programme complete with ample opportunities for you to learn and build on skills, meet liked-minded people, and (most importantly) get out into the hills.

SofA Hathersage is brought to you by Thornbridge Outdoors and the Alpkit Foundation to give more people the skills and the means to Go Nice Places and Do Good Things. All courses are led by qualified instructors from Peak District based Thornbridge Outdoors. Places on these courses are made affordable and accessible thanks to the Alpkit Foundation, who subsidise every single ticket.

Want to know what you’re signing up for? Course participant and reluctant caver, Peter, wrote us a Daring Deed about his experience.

Otherwise, scroll down for the programme. For more information about SofA, drop Alpkit Hathersage a line on 01433 730930.
