Service Update

Two of our Support Heroes are missing in action until October! This means that our reaction times will be slightly diminished through September. We hope to minimise these effects to our lovely customers but to keep you all in the loop, you should expect:

  • All emails will be replied to within a day
  • There will always be a Hero at the end of the phone if you need to call us
  • Returns may not be processed within 24 hours but they will be done as quickly as possible
  • LiveChat will be offline

Alpine Bond product warranty

All our products are warrantied for 3 years against defects in materials or workmanship. If anything is found to be defective against this warranty we will repair or replace it at our discretion. If it’s your fault we will help out the best we can. Normal wear and tear, misuse, alteration or abuse are not covered.
