Transmitter; adrenaline fuelled 650b+ hardtail mountain bike with balance up and down, across cambers and ruts, roots and rocks. Transmitter delivers on speed, pace and plus sized adventures.

Transmitter can take on mountain trails guns blazing; Snowdon on a sunny Autumn day or the Colorado singletrack with killer views and grinders where you won’t get out the grannie-gear. Yet, you can still take a day at Bike Park Wales or whip around Cannock Chase on a Sunday afternoon with great agility.

Striking flattened top tube gives vertical compliance but lateral stiffness; an all mountain bike that gives the stability of a fat-bike shrunk in the wash with the nimbleness of a trail bike. Transmitter is compatible with Boost 148/110 standards and 650b+ tyres, even the most sheepish rider will tackle those steep sections like a pro.

Clinically created, Transmitter frames feature external bolted cable solutions, integrated headsets, through-axle hubs, 1 x 10 gearing, formed butted smooth-welded tubing and as you would expect - handling beyond compare. They’re bikes that just fit in with hard riding. But mostly, they are to be ridden and enjoyed. Easy to ride and easy to maintain. And funner. Much funner.

Hand welded 6061-T6 triple butted frameset

Not all tubes are equal, Transmitter uses tube walls of different thicknesses to get material where it is needed and save weight where it isn’t.

Dropper seatpost ready

The Transmitter frame is compatible with a dropper seatpost so even the most sheepish riders can tackle those steep sections head on like a pro.

Tapered head tube

Whoever would choose to be a head tube? You might as well step into the ring with Mike Tyson. This is a critical junction point where force is distributed around the frame and steering precision is won or lost. Transmitter has a wide tapered head tube to house your internal bearings, distributing force more evenly whilst improving steering over broken terrain.

Boost ready

Transmitter is designed around the new Boost standard and corresponding 52 mm chainline for better steering stiffness and increased wheel support.

Chain guide ready

Transmitter can be fitted with a chain guide. (ISCG 05 compatible).

Wheel compatibility

Transmitter is designed to run with 650b+ tyres at both ends.

It is important to get the right size bike, if the bike fits it will be faster, more comfortable, and easier to handle. You can also take into consideration the standover height to ensure you pick a bike that will be a good fit. If you measure your inside leg and ensure there is a minimum of an inch from the toptube to your crotch this will give you enough seatpost adjustment to find your optimum saddle height.

Generally we recommend:

Riders between 5ft 2in and 5ft 7in
Riders between 5ft 6in and 5ft 10in
Riders between 5ft 9in and 6ft 2in
Riders of 6ft 2in +

Build Options

We minimise the chopping and changing that makes so many other bikes a smorgasbord of bike parts. We spec Transmitter with pure NX1, GX1 or XX1 Eagle ... and take pride in offering SRAM just as they designed and tested to work.

Check out the specs on the individual product pages. They are built to order and are fully customizable – if you want a different stem length, saddle, wheelset, bar or gear ratio then let us know. If you’ve a dream build in mind then please get in touch and we’ll do our best to source the parts you want.

All our bikes are built in-house, checked and signed off by Cytech trained mechanics before being despatched to you in a custom-made bike box.

Alpine Bond Warranty

Our titanium frames are handmade and come with a 10 year frame warranty. Our hand welded 6061-T6 alloy triple butted frames come with a 5 year manufacturing defect warranty. All our bikes are built, checked and signed off by Cytech trained mechanics before being despatched to you in a custom-made bike box.
