Ever chosen two random points on a map and plotted a route between them? If so, you’ll want to ride that route on the Sonder Colibri.

Think of the Indian Pacific Wheel Race, the Pan American Highway, the Transcontinental. Colibri is inspired by such ultra-long distance endurance routes, striking the balance between pace, handling, and comfort.

Compliant and stiff, the carbon frame is ideal for ultra-endurance racing; engineered for crossing continents, journeying unfamiliar roads and letting the miles fly by.

With clearance for up to 28mm tyres, Colibri is responsive and forgiving: a rewarding ride that eats up billiard-table smooth bitumen yet can more than handle lesser travelled paths.

A comfortable climber, Colibri’s longer chainstays make for fast, controlled descents and confidence inspiring handling, allowing you to go further for longer at greater speeds.

The ride is further enhanced by a full carbon fork with tapered steerer and headtube, giving precise cornering and increased feedback and capably handling the unfamiliar lands and tricky situations that come with the territory of longer self-supported rides.

An all-season endurance racer, Colibri takes on all road conditions, terrain and weather patterns with determination making it ideal for the Fred Whitton or the mountain climbs of the Tour de France. This is the bike for Galibier, Ventoux, Glandon, Alpe d’Huez, Bealach Na Ba,Bwlch-y-Groes, Wrynose, the list is endless.Go light. Go fast. Go far. And then Go again.

Endurance race inspired geometry

Thin seat stays increase compliancy over the bumps, increasing comfort without sacrificing stiffness and speed.

Internal cable routing

Full internal routing means tidy cables, clean lines, and reduced potential for cable snags.

Tapered headtube

Tapered steerer and headtube gives more precise cornering and increases feedback when riding.

Tyre clearance

Clearance for 28 mm tyres

Forgiving angles

A longer wheel base promotes stability and comfort on the downhills.

Sizing

Generally we recommend:

Small
Riders between 5ft 2in and 5ft 7in
Medium
Riders between 5ft 6in and 5ft 10in
Large
Riders between 5ft 9in and 6ft 2in
X-Large
Riders 6ft 2in and over

You can also take into consideration the standover height to ensure you pick a bike that will be a good fit. If you measure your inside leg and ensure there is a minimum of an inch from the toptube to your crotch this will give you enough seatpost adjustment to find your optimum saddle height.
