Wideboy

This is the widest mat we make, so if you tend to rock and roll during the night this is the mat for you. Wideboy is the ideal sleeping mat for the technical car camper who may need to carry it occasionally or who is short of luggage space. The wedged shape design starts at 2.5 cm under the feet and increases to 5cm at the head giving 4 cm under your hips where you need it and benefit from a reduced pack size. Put two Wideboys side by side, throw your favourite rug over the top and you have a king sized sleeping area.

Alternatives? Sure there are... if you are not going to need to carry your sleeping mat and don't mind the extra weight why not try our Dozer sleeping mat. At 7.5cm thick it is the comfiest mat we have. Note: We have had a few people comment that they are worried they are going to slip off the mat because it is thicker at one end than the other. We cannot fault the logic.. but the fear is unfounded. What actually happens is that your body sinks into the mat more than your feet so you level out. What this mat offers is near Dozer comfort for far less weight and bulk.
