Completing the Cape Wrath Trail

Completing the Cape Wrath Trail

By Gillian Walker>

Finally arriving at Cape Wrath after completing the last third of the trail from Inverlael with my husband, Richard on 14 August 2021.

Since he had a heart attack in July 2020 I wouldn’t let him complete his final third of the trail alone so I put myself quite a way out of my comfort zone and we properly backpacked, wild camped and bothied for 10 days. I really really enjoyed it and my several years old already Alpkit Koulin tights were part of the journey.
