Placing an order
We like our coffee black, our donuts jammy and our shopping simple. If you can order it online it should be in stock. If you order before the postie gets here it will go out the same day and there is a pretty good chance you will get it a couple of days later. Oh yes, and the prices already include UK postage.
Payment and security
We accept PayPal, Visa, Mastercard and Maestro. You can order online, you can phone us or you can even come and visit us.
All prices on our site are inclusive of delivery and VAT for the UK. We get the products sent out to you as quickly as we can.
How you would like to pay?
There are 4 options:
- SagePay - for Credit/Debit card we will take your card details online.
- Phone - we will take your card details by phone.
- Proforma - for purchases that require an invoice to be raised.
Pay online by Credit/debit card
To do this we transfer you to our SagePay payment page. SagePay will make the necessary checks with your issuing card service and, if all is well, take payment from your card. Your account is charged immediately upon placing an order.
HotTip: On a very few occasions some users can experience problems. In most cases this is the system trying to protect your card from abuse, however we know it's annoying to spend all your time typing up your details only to fail at the last hurdle. If you don't want to go through it all again, just give us a ring. We very often have the details logged on our system - all we need to do is take your credit card number and the job's a good'un.
At the end of the process click on the link to return to our site and you will see a message confirming we have received your order. We will also send you an email.
We get a few emails from people asking why that have had the 'Verified by Visa' or 'Mastercard Secure Code' thingy pop up. Both Secure Code and Verified by Visa are aimed at preventing online fraud; they are both systems to help banks and retailers avoid being stung. The less we get stung the cheaper everything can be, so ultimately it's a good thing.
The systems are enforced by your issuing bank, rather than by us. This means that it is part of your deal with your bank, your bank tells our site you need to sign up to the scheme.
At some point in the next few months you will not be able to use a Mastercard without signing up to the scheme, Visa have not yet made it compulsory but it depends which bank you use. We know it can be annoying but unfortuantly it's a part of our site that we cannot control.
Your order details will have been sent to us when you clicked on submit. An order confirmation page followed by an email will confirm that we have received your order. Now call us on 01773 417007 to give us your credit card details, or send us an email telling us the best time to ring you. There is always someone around from 9am to 5:30pm on weekdays.

You can relax, it's now up to us. If we get the order before 2pm, we will do our very best to get it out that day. Almost all deliveries will arrive in the next couple of working days. We try very hard to ensure that everything on the site is in stock but sometimes we do get it wrong. In these cases we will contact you ASAP to sort it out.
