International Orders

We offer delivery around the world and you can pay in sterling, euros or US dollars by selecting a currency flag in the top black bar drop down.

All orders received by 2pm are despatched the same day. Standard international shipping takes up to 10 days. Please contact us if you would like express international delivery.

All parcels other than bulky items (bikes, wheels, bike frames and bouldering pads). We charge the actual shipping charge with a maximum charge of:

Customs and Import Charges

Within the European Union

The price you see is the price you pay. We ship all orders before 2pm the same day and you should have your parcel in 3-7 days. Please contact us if you would like express delivery.

US and Rest of World

If you live outside of the EU please select your shipping location (US or Rest of World) to see our prices excluding European Sales Taxes.

You are responsible for the customs or import duties are paid once the parcel reaches its destination country. We have no control over these charges and do not know what the cost will be because they vary a great deal from country to country. We believe orders below $800 to the US do not have any more to pay. But please check first.

If you need further information please contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, this will prevent any unexpected charges you may not have considered.

 

International Returns

You are responisble for the cost of shipping. If an international customer simply wishes to exchange an item for a different size or colour the easiest and quickest method is to place a new order. This way we are able to ensure that we have your requested item in stock. After you have placed your new order please send the item you no longer want and we will refund you the cost of the product. The method of postage you choose is up to you, however we recommend sending it recorded or insured in case it gets lost. We are unable to refund any returned products until we receive them.

For example: 
Mr Arigoni from Italy wants to return a Filo because he decides he wants red instead of black. He places a new order for a red Filo and we send it out the same day. He then posts the black Filo back to us (at his cost) and we will refund him the cost of the returned Filo when it arrives.

 

International Warranty / Faulty

We double-check all of our products that are due to be sent round the world to ensure that they are in perfect condition when they leave the warehouse but we are aware that things can go wrong.  

We will always stand by our products and if they are faulty we will always repair or replace. If you think a product has a manufacturing fault then please get in touch. Given the practicalities of international couriers it may well be that you cover the cost of postage back to us and we refund you when we have your product here and the fault is diagnosed.

 

There is 'No Shipping Method' for your order
For some countries the international shipping weight of a single package is 2kg, therefore you may need to split your order into two or more orders. By placing your order this way, you will be able to pay online with your credit card.  If there is not an option for your country or you have a question about delivery please ask us.

 

Postman's pro-tips: Ordering crash pads
Crash pads are big items and we have to send them by FedEx. You can save money on your order by ordering two together and get them delivered to the same address.
