All orders will be billed in British pounds. If you are ordering from outside the UK please check with your issuing bank what the exchange rate will be. If you are ordering from outside the UK the shipping cost will be calculated in the checkout once you have signed in.

How much will postage cost?
We try to keep the cost of international shipping as clear and simple as possible. To see for yourself how much shipping will cost: Choose your products > Go to the checkout > Enter your delivery address > The checkout will display the total cost of your order.

Customs and Import Charges Outside the EU
Customs or import duties are paid once the parcel reaches its destination country, these charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We have no control over these charges and do not know what the cost will be because they vary a great deal from country to country. If you need further information please contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, this will prevent any unexpected charges you may not have considered.

Small orders
Orders up to 1.5kg will normally be sent by 'Royal Mail International Signed For'. Delivery time is within three working days to Western Europe, four working days to Eastern Europe and five working days for the rest of the world.

Bigger orders
Orders over 1.5kg (including our Boulder mats) will go by FedEx courier. By default all prices in our shop include VAT. If you live outside the EC and prefer to see the prices without VAT you will have to sign in and enter your country.

International Exchanges
If an international customer simply wishes to exchange an item for a different size or colour the easiest and quickest method is to place a new order. This way we are able to ensure that we have your requested item in stock. After you have placed your new order please send the item you no longer want and we will refund you the cost of the product. The method of postage you choose is up to you, however we recommend sending it recorded or insured in case it gets lost. We are unable to refund any returned products until we receive them.

For example: 
Mr Arigoni from Italy wants to return a Filo because he decides he wants red instead of black. He places a new order for a red Filo and we send it out the same day. He then posts the black Filo back to us (at his cost) and we will refund him the cost of the returned Filo when it arrives.

International Warranty Returns / Faulty
We double-check all of our products that are due to be sent round the world to ensure that they are in perfect condition when they leave the warehouse but we are aware that things can go wrong.  We will always stand by our products and if they are faulty we will always repair/replace them however you must cover the cost of returning the faulty product to us. This may seem harsh but we currently only have a UK office and we simply cannot offer the same level of after sales service to non UK customers as we can UK customers.

There is 'No Shipping Method' for your order
For some countries the international shipping weight of a single package is 2kg, therefore you may need to split your order into two or more orders. By placing your order this way, you will be able to pay online with your credit card.  If there is not an option for your country or you have a question about delivery please ask us.

Postman's pro-tips: Ordering crash pads
Crash pads are big items and we have to send them by FedEx. You can save money on your order by ordering two together and get them delivered to the same address.
