Getting dehydrated food just right
Normally we'd advise following the instructions when you're cooking up a storm in the kitchen of the great outdoors. However, experience has taught us to be a little less gung-ho when it comes to dehydrated food. Instead of adding all the water in one fell swoop, we recommend adding water a little at a time until your meal reaches the desired consistency. The result should be a meal that even Goldilocks would be happy with!

Porridge with Maple Syrup
Rolled oats (46%), Skimmed milk powder , Palm Oil (25%), Vegetable oil (Rapeseed oil, Palm oil), Glucose, Fructose, Potato starch, Maple syrup, Sweetener (Sucralose).
Porridge and Strawberries
Oats (40%), Skimmed milk powder, Palm oil (25%), Freeze dried strawberries (5%), Rapeseed oil, Wholemeal wheat flakes (7%), Glucose, Fructose, Potato starch, Sweetener (Sucralose)
Honey toasted oats (20%), Skimmed Milk powder, Palm Oil (20%), Barley flakes (16%), Vegetable oil (Palm oil, Rapeseed oil) (10%), Glucose, Fructose, Raisins (3%), Strawberries (3%), Apple (3%), Mango (3%), Coconut shavings (2%), Banana chips (2%), Soya protein isolate.
Add 300 ml of Cold or boiling water, stir well, re-seal pouch, leave for 6- 8mins before eating.
