Wanted: Customer Support Temp

We need a sidekick who loves our kit to help our Customer Support Heroes in September

Our Alpine Bond is the quintessence of Alpkit; the make or break moment of our customer service. 

We are looking for a Sidekick to help our Alpine Bond Heroes during our busiest period. 

Dates: 3rd September – 7th October 2018 

Hours: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday: 10.00 – 16.00

with 20 min paid break.

Pay: £8.33 p.h.

Role (Training provided):
Temporary position supporting our Alpine Bond Heroes in: 
Unpacking and processing of returns
Filing / processing of paperwork
Data entry 
Simple repairs 

Skills:
Focused & diligent 
Computer literate with ability to use Word, Excel, & Mac based apps
Fluent in written and spoken English
Well organised
Good knowledge of our products

Personal Attributes:
Enjoy being part of a team
Motivated to develop knowledge / learn about products
Calm and patient
Strong attention to detail
Adhere to deadlines
Problem solver
