New Shiny Titanium Delivered to Alpkit HQ

By Jay Oram | 12, Jul, 2013

We have just received delivery of some shiny new Titanium products.

Why does everyone want Titanium cookware? What’s wrong with Aluminium, plastic or cutlery nicked from the kitchen?

“It’s just shiny, new and er..........shiny!” - Anon. Keswick Mountain Festival

There are some technical reasons also - hygienic, super lightweight, strong and more durable than other materials. Replacing larger items such as pots and mugs with Titanium can seriously decrease your pack size without losing out on a good sized cooking container. We have come up with some cool ideas in our range, cutlery that folds small enough to fit in a Titanium 750ml Mug/Pot with the lid and Longer handled cutlery to reach the bottom of dehydrated food bags or other peoples plates while they are not looking.

We have just received delivery of some shiny new Titanium products; this means more MytiPots, MytiMugs and MytiCups. Also, there is an exciting, new, long-handled item of cutlery (for the person who has everything - even titanium chopsticks.....) - check out the titanium shop page.
