Gear Shuttle Mule

Just before heading off on a trip to the US, Tom Newman asked us for a duffle bag.. we had just the product for him

Last month Tom Newman became the latest Alpkiteer to be supported with our bouldering range of products. Just before setting out on a trip to Heuco he asked me if he could have one of our gear duffles, no problem I replied, but we have had sketches and ideas to develop our duffles... do you mind if we make you a sample mule, take it away with you and let us know what you think....

The Gear Shuttle was born. Sized on our medium Kitbag duffle we tweaked the zip to run the full length of the bag. When fully opened the bags just falls away revealing your contents, making it easy to find what you are after. We added a stash pocket inside making it easy to find keys, wallet or passport. We changed the contact points of the bag from 2 large carry handles to smaller discreet top handles and added a basic rucksack straps. A padded back doubles to hide the straps and waist belt when not required. Zippered and mesh side pockets add to the versatility of the pack. The mule was made from a mixture of the Dimension Polyant VX21 fabric we use in our bike luggage but in use was a little noisy so we will use 1100d Cordura throughout in future.

The Gear Shuttle is a honest pack that will serve you well for years. As with our boulder mats and chalk bags we will produce these in variety of colours choices, some a lot brighter than others!!!
