Preparation for the Europeans
By Nicola Beeby | 02, Jun, 2010
So the Europeans are only 2 weeks away now, not much time. I’ve had my last session on the course at Nottingham and I’m now nearly packed and ready to go. I’ve learnt so much over the last few months, we have had some excellent team training weekends where I’ve been forced to think more about my paddling than I thought was possible, but there is still so much to learn. 1st stop will be in Plattling, Germany for the World Cup event over the 1st weekend in June. Hopefully I will be able to use this event as a good practice for the Europeans themselves. Then it will be onto Lienz in Austria to train on the water feature until the competition begins on the 12th of June.
