The Expedition went to the amazing South American country, Venezuela. Based around 3 locations; the steep, boulder rivers in Merida, the 33,000 cumecs Rio Orinoco monster and finally the “land of waterfalls” the Gran Sabana. Each area offered a totally different style of rivers which made the trip so varied and exciting. Have a look at the Team Blog for more stories about each of the amazing destinations. Check out the full length video of their trip.
The team paddled some amazingly varied rivers all over Venezuela, met incredibly friendly people that would always go out of their way to help and saw some unbelievable sights from continuous lightening to monkeys carrying their babies through the trees.
“All in all we had a top time on what for many of us was our first proper expedition and cant wait to get out on the next one!”
