BSO Mountain Biking - Core Skills Session

Improve your MTB riding

Suitability: From 9 yrs

This course does exactly what is says on the tin! Your ‘Core Skills’ are the essential building blocks to good, solid and safe riding at any level. Whether you just enjoy a blast around a trail centre or a fun XC ride over the hills, our coaches will help identify habits and areas of your riding that are holding you back.  They'll also help you look at ways to improve your riding and find your ‘flow’. Flow = more fun on the trails, so what are you waiting for?

What you will get out of the day

The Core Skills sessions are ideal environments for riders of all ages to join in the fun of the Big Shakeout. The sessions will be run as informal coaching clinics using the superb onsite coaching facilities that have been developed for UK cycling. Facilities include a banked pump track, trials obstacles and a short, technical forest loop. We can accommodate riders from 9 years.
