Book onto SofA before the 17th September

Big Shakeout 2017

Big Shakeout SofA courses will be going offline on the evening of Sunday 17th  (don't worry - you can still buy tickets on the day)

Gee whiz doesn't time fly? There are less than two weeks left until we all descend upon Thornbridge Outdoors for the Big Shakeout Festival!

There are so many things that make the Big Shakeout a little bit different from other festivals, but one of the main things is our SofA courses.

The School of Adventure is our way of making sure you keep Going Nice Places and Doing Good Things (or at least learning new skills for doing so) over the Big Shakeout Weekend. Head over to our tickets page and you'll find courses on anything from Mountain Biking to Drystone Walling, SUP Paddle Boarding to Tarpology, that cater to adventurers and outdoor pursuers of all ability levels. With the Big Shakeout being a not-for-profit festival, all of the proceeds from the courses go to the Alpkit Foundation, so you can feel good, learn a new skills, meet like-minded people, and have fun - all at the same time!

In the week running up to the Big Shakeout Festival, Alpkit Global HQ will be a hive of activity: continuing to send out great gear to our customers whilst simultaneously getting ready for the weekend. This means that we'll be taking down course sales as of the evening of Sunday 17th September so that we can make sure we know who's going where, when and how. SofA places are selling like hot cakes, so if there's something you've got your eye on, head to the tickets page to book it before it sells out!

This may be your last chance to be organised, but not your last chance to get involved in a School of Adventure course. You'll be able to head down to the info point to check availability, take advantage of last-minute cancellations and book onto courses over the Big Shakeout Festival Weekend.
