Alpkit Bouldering League Round 1
10 / 10 / 08The new bouldering season gets underway at the Nottingham Climbing Centre.
The Bouldering league is held on the second Friday of each month. The best three scores from five win Alpkit prizes at the end of the season. There are 20 problems in each league and you have 2 hours to complete as many problems as you can.
Each round is split into two sessions: 16:30 or 19:00 and you have a choice of 3 leagues depending on your ability or competetive nature: Fun 3c - 5a, Intermediate 4b - 5c, and Open 5b - 6c. The Chunk usually livens the atmosphere by taking down some tunes for the evening sessions.
