My Airic has developed a bubble

This can be amusing for a time, as you think it will make an ideal pillow, but the novelty will soon wear off. Bubbles occur when the outer material becomes delaminated from the foam core. Delamination is more likely if you leave the mat fully inflated in direct sunlight. The pressure inside the mat will increase putting the lamination under stress. For this reason, if you are leaving your mat in a very hot tent we recommend leaving the valve open.
If your mat has developed a bubble please try to send us a picture of it ASAP, we may be able to fix it. Continued use of a delaminated mat whilst unavoidable in some circumstances will only reduce the chance of a successful repair.
