How can I adjust my wrist loops?

If you have accidently detached your wrist straps from your CarbonLites you must first remove the small plastic pin before you can rethread the strap. If you don’t mind doing it yourself then just a get a small screw driver and pop out the plastic pin that goes through the top of the handle, you then just put back the loops of the strap in and pop the pin back in.

Adjusting the strap may seem a bit fiddly at the start but it soon becomes easy. Basically you must:

- pull out the strap with the little plastic wedge from the handle and keep hold of it
- to shorten the strap pull the the strap that comes out underneath the strap with the plastic wedge
- to extend the strap pull one side of the hand loop
- when the strap is the correct length release the strap with the plastic wedge and pull tight the hand loop forcing the plastic wedge back into the handle
