Gift Certificates

Gift Certificates are not currently available for purchase, however if you have been lucky enough to win one you will probably want to cash it in for some goodies. Browse the shop as normal and add your goodies to your Alpbag. When you click on 'Checkout' you will be given the choice of payment method. Choose 'Gift Certificate'. On the next screen you will be asked to enter the Gift Certificate ID. If the value of the certificate covers the value of your order - job done. Otherwise you will have to select another payment method to complete the order.

If the value of your order is less than the value of your certificate, the unused balance will remain on your certificate. This can be used on subsequent orders and its value can be checked at any time.

Checking the status of your Gift Certificate

To check the value / status of your Gift Certificate simply click on the link 'Verify certificate'. This can be found at the foot of every page in our shop. You will be required to enter the ID number of your certificate.

• The value of your Gift Certificate is indicated clearly on the certificate in GBP.
• Any unused balance will be placed in the recipient's Gift Certificate account until it reaches its expiration date.
• If the order exceeds the value of the gift certificate, the balance must be paid by credit or debit card.
• It is not currently possible to combine multiple Gift Certificates in a single order.
• Gift Certificates cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Gift certificates and unused portions of gift certificates expire one year from the date of issue.
• Alpkit Gift Certificates are only valid and can only be redeemed on our website, Alpkit.com.
• You can not use Gift Certificates to purchase other gift certificates, that would be crazy.
