Can I change my baskets?

All Carbonlite poles have removable baskets. The process you should use depends upon which model of CarbonLite you own.

CarbonLite (Helix)
This is the newer style pole available from June 09 featuring a white helix design printed on the top section. The tip is threaded so that the baskets simply screw on until they reach an unthreaded section. At this point the baskets can rotate freely. To remove a basket simple apply a downward pressure on the basket until the thread catches and unscrew it from the tip. Do not try to force the basket off as you will only damage the thread and may have to replace the tip.

CarbonLite (Red stripe)
This is the older style CarbonLite pole (pre June 09). The baskets simply pop on and pop off. Stand with the pole between your legs and put your feet on top of the baskets. Push down with your toes and the basket should pop off.
