Shipping is an integrated part of our online shopping experience which is why our standard shipping service is included in every order at no extra cost. We try to keep our shipping options simple, less time in administration means that we can keep our costs low.
This is the default shipping option, you do not need to choose it. The minimum service level you can expect is 1st Class Post. 99% of our customers find this service is all they need, all orders placed before 2pm Monday - Friday will go out the same day and although it is not guaranteed there is a good chance your order will arrive next day. The majority of orders are sent by 1st Class Recorded Signed for, if you are not at home to sign for your delivery the postie will leave a note and you will be able to collect you parcel from your local post office. Depending on the value, weight or size of your order we may decide to upgrade you to a 'Next Day Guaranteed' service. You will receive an email confirming how your order has been despatched at the end of the working day.
Guaranteed next day services for orders placed before 2pm Monday - Friday. Due to the tight turn around we ask you to place your order by phone on 0115 932 5050 to guarantee beyond any doubt that we have your product in stock and we have not snuck out early to go climbing. There must be someone at your delivery address to sign to receive these services otherwise your delivery will be delayed. There are 3 options: Guaranteed Next Day before 1PM, Guaranteed Next Day before 10.30AM and Guaranteed Next Day (Saturday). For these services we use either CityLink courier or Royal Mail Special-D.

All our heavier and bulkier items go via City Link courier, their green and yellow vans are easy to spot. This is a guaranteed next working day service. If you know you will not be at the delivery address you specified please contact us when you place the order. We can arrange for the driver to deliver the package to a neighbour and obtain a signature. A card will be left at your door advising you where you can find your package. If this is not possible the package will return to the local CityLink depot. You can collect from the depot between 8am and 8pm every weekday.
Failure to do so can result in the package being held at the depot or returned to us. In most cases you will be able to arrange to pick up the package from the depot but if it is returned to us or you request that it is redirected to another address you may have to pay an additional charge.

We send small items using Royal Mail International Signed For delivery. These will take 5-7 working days to arrive in most European countries and you will have to sign to receive the goods. Larger items, including crash pads go by DHL courier. For more information see our International Orders page.
