If the product goes wrong or you not happy with it and it is our fault then we will sort the problem out, if it went wrong and it was your fault then we help you get it repaired in the most appropriate way and cost. Sending us an email, or giving us a ring will help ensure that you are without your product for the shortest possible time.
If the product has failed due to a manufacturing defect we will replace or repair it at our expense. Please contact us to arrange return of the item, this allows us to deal with your return more efficiently. Once you have contacted us, we will then instruct you how to return the item.
If you decide that you do not wish to keep the goods for any reasons you must notify us within seven days of receiving the goods. You will be required to return the goods at your own expense. We must receive all products in a saleable condition. If the products are not returned in this condition you may not get a full refund. To avoid unnecessary expense we recommend that you send items by Second Class post with a certificate of postage.
