If we find that your products do not fit in the box you have chosen we will contact you to sort out a solution. Our humans are much more intelligent than our website software and can help you upgrade to a larger box or split your products into smaller boxes. Remember we will send your order to the ‘shipping address’ you give us. If you would like to split an order and send some parcels to different destinations please place your order and contact us immediately. Alternatively just place your order by phone and we can sort it out immediately. We will not pack the invoice with the gift wrapped package! If you order via our website your receipt will be sent to your email address, if you order by phone it will be sent to your billing address.
We will not refund the gift wrapping service charge should you wish to return a gift wrapped product, however gift wrapped or not our products are covered by our standard terms, conditions and warranty. We realise that the standard 7 day cooling off period is not convenient over the busy holiday season, so we will be sprinkling some festive tinsel and extending this period until the 5th January. What we cannot guarantee is that we will have a full range of sizes and colours in stock during this period. We can serve you better if you can contact us as soon as you know you are going to return a product for exchange.
