Christmas Shopping

Please do not leave it until the last minute before placing your orders. Although we can send items by various next day delivery services we all know that at this time of year things can go wrong. This is why we recommend placing your orders early to beat the Christmas post, however if you are the type who likes to live on the edge here are the last postal dates, and our opening times over Christmas and New Year.

We have to stress again that these dates are the very very very last dates in which it is physically possible to get your goodies to you on time assuming nothing goes wrong.

Orders placed before 2pm on Wednesday 20th Dec will go out for delivery on the 21st December.

Orders placed before 2pm on the 22nd December will go out for delivery on 28th December.

Orders placed after this will be delivered on the 4th January.

CityLink courier

Orders placed before 2pm on the 22nd December will go out for delivery on 23rd December.

Orders placed before 2pm on the 23th December will go out for delivery on 28th December.

This postage option is available on deliveries to UK addresses up to 2kg. If your order is over this limit we will contact you to discuss your requirements and it may delay your order. You need to add it to your shopping cart, click here.

Returns over the Christmas period

We realise many people will be purchasing gifts for friends and families over this period, therefore we will be extending our normal 7 day return policy on christmas gifts until Monday 9th January.

Opening Times

We will be officially closed from 23rd December until the 4th of January. Like you we have lots of nice stuff we would like to do, however we will be popping in from time to time so we will do our best to offer email support and of course you can still place your orders online! Keep checking on Facebook or Twitter over the festive period for updates on what we are up to or drop us a message we might be able to reply.
