Stealthy Gourdon

The rain water spilled over the gutter pipe and down the back of his neck, it was a rotten night to be out but Jim was on a mission. Pausing for breath he gripped the pipe between his knees before sliding on to the narrow terrace. He fumbled to open the weathered shutters (it wasn't everyday he did this kind of thing) and slid stealthily into the room. Rolling open his Gourdon he pulled out a perfectly dry box of velvety smooth chocolates, they looked so good that he just had to pop one into his mouth. Carefully placing the box on the dresser table he disappeared back out into the rainy night.
