If you are a muscle bound hunk that likes cranking all day dry tooling is for you. There is very little opportunity to rest on steep rock and the unnatural grip on the axes really pumps out the fore-arms.

Ice Climbing Festival 07
International Ice Climbing event in the Ecrins. Summer temperatures meant that the ice was thin, so we had to find alternative activities. Fortunately the area is not short of potential. This was our second year as a partner of the Ice festival.
