The party continued into the small hours, only the true mountaineers saw it through to the end. The sound of ice falling continued through the night.

International Ice Climbing event in the Ecrins. Summer temperatures meant that the ice was thin, so we had to find alternative activities. Fortunately the area is not short of potential. This was our second year as a partner of the Ice festival.
