unbeatable delivery, my 2 Fat Airics arrived less than 24 hours after placing my order!

I used mine for the 3 nights of the Rockness Festival & I’ve never been so warm & comfortable outside of my own bed
I’m taking my camping-virgin daughter to a festival next month, so I bought one for her too, I’ll get her to report back once she’s used it

one of my 2 mats arrived with a small tear in it (carriers had been careless)& it wouldn’t stay inflated
I contacted customer services who had a replacement sent out to me the same day, & sent me a Freepost address for the return of the damaged one
full marks to Jim at for making the resolution friendly & painless

oh, and I very much like the company ethics, well done guys!

Reg Airics went out of stock yesterday stock should arrive in the next week or so.

Fat Airics went out of stock last week - As above.

We have plenty coming in over the summer, but we may have to put the price up.

Brought two fat arics—which arrived really quickly. My wife road tested them on a weekend trek last weekend & was highly impressed!

Just recieved my wide airic through the post, good bye to the gap between two normal sleeping mats! Handy compression sack which is a decent size so you dont have to squeeze it back to the vacum packed orignal state before you can put it away again. Keep up the good work Alpkit
