Lab Notes

I’ve just come back from the Ardeche in France where my Slim Airic has been used 2 or 3 nights a week for the last 2 months, either in a tent or in a hammock under a tarp

Any chance of an alpkit hammock as my dec****** one is on it’s last legs?! (unlike my slim airic!)

i have been sleeping in my AD700 in the refuge albert, staying warm in my filo in chamonix and keeping my gear dry using my gourdon

I’m not doing much this weekend but on wednesday i’m going over to the Isle of man TT. I will be cycling and camping so will have my Airic,Filo and Apollo with me.

Well no outdoors activities for me this weekend. I am off to Snowdonia on a Silver Duke of Edinburgh’s Award expedition which I’m supervising on Wednesday.  This weekend I’m going to Alton Towers so I’ll be carrying my packed lunch in my Gourdon and hoping it stays dry on the rapids!

My Bleat will be keeping me warm on, what I expect will be a very soggy, Scarfell.  I shall be sleeping very soundly on my Airic in Langdale.  And my Alpkit Classic Tee will be keeping me bling down the nearest pub.

If only I’d got my hands on some Apollo stuff sacks to stop me from loosing my kit…

I’ll be breaking out the Bleat for some scrambling maneuvers in N. Wales and keeping packing issues under control with my new set of Apollo stuff sacks. Should be a good time.
