I’ve been buying DMM as an SPA for several years now. Right now, generally speaking I wouldn’t look anywhere else for technical stuff (e.g cams & ultra light phantoms), but more mainstream gear like good quality and good value krabs are surprisingly not all that common and I’d happily support Alpkit by buying everyday climbing kit from you. Just make sure its light.

Customers should not be fooled that DMM don’t have their own supplier issues either. They do, and I’ve had to wait a while for several orders. The trick is good customer service and keeping us in the loop - something Alpkit is also excellent at.

I think a DMM/Alpkit relationship will be an excellent thing for us climbings. In my view, DMM are one of the few climbing gear manufacturers really at the forefront of innovation, and they’re always making subtle but excellent improvements to gear. I get the same vibe from Alpkit - constantly pushing the boundaries.

Good luck - I look forward to more Alpkit climbing gear to go with my Phud.
