Hi Guys I ordered my Filo on Tuesday and as promised it arrived the next day. The jacket its everything you said it would be, a fantastic piece of kit. Keep up the good work. Next item on my shopping list is a new sleeping bag which I will be purchasing from your good selves.

It’s going to be a dull Christmas this year.

As promised i’m going to try and keep everyone updated as to whats happening.

First the bad news, the factory has had a power cut over the weekend so we have lost two days production. This means the jackets wont leave China until the 17th or 18th, we will now expect them on the 19th 20th 21st . So we are going to be tight.

This means that we will be sending out the jackets on Special Delivery at no extra charge.  The jackets are now most likely to arrive on the 24th.

If you need it earlier then let us know and we will see what we can do to get it to you earlier.

Ken will be updating the site in the day or so.

Q Do the jackets have a tail.
A Yes, one of the key features of the last filo was to have a drop bum that actually covered your bum and although it does look a little different than other jackets,  it works.

Q Can i pre order
A Sorry we can not accept pre orders, when we first started we took some preorders for a product and then they didnt arrive so we had to refund everyone, with Banks doing what they do best this cost us a bit. The jackets wont go live on the site until they are in the building, we wont make this navigable from the shop page. This means that only people on this mailing list will be able to buy it, pre christmas.

The only thing to remember is that for the first shipment we dont have unlimited stock of all size and color options. This means you will have to be quick. We will do our best to keep you informed as to when they could go live.

Q Whats the fill weight
A Fill weight is between 200g and 250g of +700 Fill Power white goose down.

Q Do you have a delivery date
A Best guess is that we can start to dispatch then on the 20th or 21st.

Q How much will they cost
A £65 ( that includes postage

Don’t suppose you know if the sizes are the roughly the same as the old filos?
