I too like how open this company is about their production and animal welfare… And also in general the concept they run with acceptable price tags as to what I know by cutting dealer chains and so forth.. great concept and is needed in the outdoor scene as to my opinion - but not in the expense of sacrificing on animal welfare - at least intend not to and do their best to investigate… Keep up the good work Alpkit - you might well end up as an icon in the industry at least you come more and more to be this in my mind - keep suprising us in this positive way

if only the other outdoor companies were so forthcoming. [well they may be but I’ve not come across much as yet]

Just an update, our down supplier is visiting the farms in northern China. We are hoping to get some more information and pictures on the conditions the birds live in and hopefully some clearer details on how the birds are slaughtered.
