Sneaking a quick one

Jim and I had a meeting in Llanberis (nudge, nudge, wink, wink...more of this soon). On the way back we managed to get a little product testing in, well to be honest it was a bit of jolly, and had the meeting gone on any longer it would of been good plan, gone wrong. So at 4.00pm we found ourselves at Swallow Falls car park with two bikes and the Marin Trail just across the river. Neither of us had done the Marin Trail, and we didn’t have a map, but we asked some other guys that were also setting up their bikes and they pointed us in the right direction. Optimistically they seemed to think that we could do it before it got dark, the first uphill paid to that idea, along with the chip butty ..

Customer service hero wanted

Alpkit needs your help – Customer service Hero required
We need someone special to help us keep our customers happy. You will have to answer a lot of emails, print out all the orders and if we are really busy you will have to pack some of them as well. The phone rings a lot so you will need to know about our products, how to use them and it would help if you know about other peoples products as well.

More about us
Alpkit is based in Ilkeston, which is half way between Nottingham and Derby. It takes about 20mins in the car from either of them and about 40mins by bike. We are really close to the motorway so it is easy to get away for the weekend.
