The Team Count the Beans

We were challenged at Mountain Mayhem for our "guess how many jelly beans" competition was a case of just pulling names out of the hat. We like to keep things real at Alpkit, so first thing this morning we drafted everyone around the coffee table to count the jelly beans.

Pete was the fastest jelly bean counter, employing a double bean count method, counting a total of 700 beans 150 more than anyone else. After a bit of tricky maths we had counted a total of 2767 jelly beans. We only had 4 guesses over 2000 beans and James Smith had the closest calculated entry, #guess, of 2528. He'll soon be the proud owner of a new Alpkit custom frame bag. Thanks to everyone who endured the mud and entered the competition.
