We design, develop and source our own product range.
Our products are available only from our own online shop, if you have found them elsewhere then they are unlikely to be the genuine article. You place the order, we send you the product.. nice and simple.
//Same day despatchAs long as we get your order before midday your order will go out the same day. If we find that we do not have your item on stock we will contact you and apologise. We do not debit your credit card until we have posted your order. |
//Postage costFor UK orders the cost of getting the products to you has already been costed in. You will not pay a seperate postage charge. Orders outside the UK do pay a postal charge. This will be shown in the checkout. |
//Stock availabilityWe never knowingly sell you items that are not in stock and ready for immediate despatch. Sometimes errors do occur and if this is the case we will contact you to inform you when the items will be in stock or to arrange a refund. Our currently policy is not to take forward orders on items we do not have in stock. |
Notes
Upon placing an order you will receive a confirmation email. We will then process your order and authenticate your card details before packing it all up and popping it in the post. We aim to process and despatch all orders sameday if the items are in stock and the order is received before midday. Most orders will arrive next working day but things can go wrong. If you have not received your order within three working days of an order confirmation, please contact customer support and ask what we are doing. Delivery times can vary at busy times such as Christmas so please allow for this.
We are pretty particular about who we give access to both our AlpMail and AlpPhone. This is why whenever you contact us with a query or a problem you will get a speedy and helpful response.
