Everyone is welcome at Base Camp but not all have the motivation to leave.
It is full of people with big ideas but the summit is still a long way off..

The Brief

Look, listen and learn. Come up with something great for the outdoors. It doesn't have to be the next flashy gizmo, it could be a new type of climbing wall, a website to promote public transport to the hills or even a hypnosis course to give people a sense of direction.

What next?

Get out in the hills, talk through your ideas with friends, the best ideas usually come from practical experience. Are you strong enough to go solo? it could be more interesting to form an alliance with your mates? We expect some of you will lose interest, fall into a hidden crevasse or veer towards other paths, but the truely committed will have just one objective in sight.. a place on the summit!

Submit your idea

We want you to be clear about the problem you are trying to solve and how you intend to go about solving it. Your idea does not have to be highly polished, it could be a few rough sketches, a model made out of recycled materials or even a short video clip.
