I wore these socks (3 pairs in rotation) for about a month, with out washing and all I can say is there bomber! recommend them over most other fancy sock brands! super well fitted and have lasted me ages! gunna get some more when they come out agian!

Hi, I’m off to the Himalayas in October and just started to get my kit together. Looking at Socks, I bought 6 pairs of Trekkers a couple of years ago, 3 for me and 3 for my wife,these also shrunk at 30 wash with no tumble dry, I though that this was the norm and stretched them while wet and although tight managed to put them on. Only just came across this issue while looking to order some, will the Trkkers now be ok (no shrink)?

I love these socks, they are always nice they just seem to keep my feet at a nice temperature all the time. A great product.

awesome socks, wore them to death in Afgan and an exped in spain, but the upper toe section tends to wear quicky - on my new set its taken a couple of months. and if you wash a 30 the shrinking problem isn’t as bad!

No problems shrinking here and they fit great and feel amazing….but why are they wearing through so fast? My ChocolateFish Merino-mix socks have lasted years and I have not got any new shoes but after 2 wears they are see-through? Ah well.

I washed mine at 30 slow spin and they are just fine. Had a few days walking with them and they truly are excellent socks. Had friends with brasher socks at £15 a pair and i’m absolutely chuffed with £15 for 3 pairs!! Quality buy, thanks Alpkit…

Just received your Trekker socks in the post, only ordered them late wed night so good delivery!! First impressions are good, very comfy and good fit, thanks to Tom for the sizing help, and cheers for the nice touch of the hand written bit on the returns note from Dan. Just hope they don’t shrink as my washing machine only goes as low as 40!!
