If tha’s got thee sen a loose lid...tha’ should get thee sen to see a shrink.

Or in the case of a Titanium cooking lid, just place a piece of clean linen or tin foil over the cup and then put the lid on...eh presto, it seals. Be sure to vent the material of choice to stop it ‘ejaculating’.

Does any one want to hear my joke about a seal and ejaculation?

Ive had my mug for awhile now and its great. I cook in it,eat from it,and drink from it.Dont need to have anything else apart from my mug and a fold up dish when away for the week-end.It takes up little room and is lightweight.Great price compared to similar products..well done.Alpkit.

Great looking mug - unbelieveably light.

The lid is very loose though…

I had to spend 30odd quid on a non alpkit titanium mug because i had already waited months for Alpkit to make some more before being told in a phone enquiry there was no sign of an end to the waiting, its not fair!

Yeah, I tried that, but the edge of the lid cut through the elastic. Gave the mug away a week ago :0(

My solution to the loose lid was to make a loop of elastic that stretches tightly round the mug from top to bottom then cut a slit in the elastic and poke the knob though to hold it tight(ish)
