Used my FatAiric for the first time last weekend. Best nights sleep Ive ever had in a tent! I wouldnt like to carry it too far, but camping from an open canoe it is the perfect piece of kit.

ordered two airic for trip with son, they worked out great. The service to Ireland was very quick and very reasonable, I would highly recommend alpkit and their service.

Had a trip planned for the weekend, I phoned Alpkit and requested 2 x Slim Airic for the next day if possible, so I could take them with me. Guess what? They arrived first thing and I had a good night’s sleep - Outstanding service and product Thank you.

The wife and I are soft southern leisure campers who like to feel very comfortable!. Try two fat Airics and it’s like sleeping on a hot marshmallow!. Absolutely beautiful!
Great price and excellent kit. Many thanks

Just what we were looking for.  The Fat Airics are MUCH thicker than our existing ‘Super-deluxe-size-thermarest-thingamies’.  As close as you can get to an air bed with out all the disadvantages of an actual air bed.

Unfortunately our 2 year old thinks they are the best play area ever & is probably not going to be palmed off with one of our old TR mats.

Extremely good value for money. We could find nothing else on the market offering this much comfort.
Excellent product.

Used my slim airic in Nepal for 3 weeks. Had no problems and was plenty warm enough even at 5800m(Mera High Camp).Just as good as a thermarest. Get One!!!!!

I bought Fat Airic a few months ago and have just used it for the first time for 3 consecutive nights. The weather was awful and my tent was trying to take off. I just laid there in comfort until I fell asleep. Really really pleased and happy to recommended it to friends. It now fully inflates itself, requiring just a few breaths for comfort. Vastly superior to those awful foam mats!

Hi Ian

We dont do that all the time, we look at every case individually, in your case what was going to be very neat repair, just some how didnt work hence the replacement mat.

I bought a Wee Airic over a year ago, and found that after only two weeks use it wouldn’t stay inflated. Even though i didn’t have the receipt they took it back for repair, but were not able to fix it, and so replaced it with a new one, amazing! How many companies would do that? So thanks again lads. Keep on thumping.

Who says you shouldn’t want to carry the Fat Airic? I have taken mine out five times now into the cold, damp Scottish hills and the weight is absolutely not an issue. The size is a little larger than a good roll mat, granted, but the comfort this mat provides is exceptional and worth the slight extra bulk.  Excellent product.
