Guys, like I said, the site is fu$king fantastic!!! and now that I have my new shirts, I’m the most rockin’ chick!! Some one liners that I’ve heard over the past few months. Perhaps they may be useful on either girls or boys shirts ~ “Just because you don’t understand the laws of physics, doesn’t mean they don’t apply to you!” “That was just like climbing...only shtter!” “ Every time we make something Idiot Proof, along comes a bigger IDIOT!!! “ “ Just because the whole world is against you, doesn’t mean your Paranoid” (often used by sport climbers and seekers of ‘secret’ crags) “ Sometimes I stop thinking, but then often forget to start again “ This one was a girl to boy pickup line...."Ever tried both a fingerlock and a wristjam at once?” Thanks again guys!
Now then Men!. Just taking the opportunity to say it’s all looking good and your trademark nonsense is stamped all over it. Nick, I guess the temptation to look at any or all Patagucci Tee’s was just toooo much for you and I’m sure some form of CapALPline tee’s won’t be too far away. Check the wicking tee’s in Decathlonn at £6 and you’ll know where I’m coming from. To all you people tuning in to radio Alpkit for the first time keep supporting these guys and you’ll get great gear that’s top quality and inexpensive so keep your ears on. UYA. Marky Boy.
thanks aimee, the current designs are all up in the shop at the moment. however ‘watch my feet’ didn’t make it through this time. keep an eye out though as it may well be introduced at a later date.
I love the female tshirt designs. Especially ‘Watch my feet!’
hi JJ, the womens sizing are different than the mens, the chart is now up in the sizing section. thanks for the comments, unfortunately i cant get the picky done in a diff ink just yet as the first print run has gone through. I’ll certainly take your comment on board and see what other feed back we get. definately nice to see some keen interest though.
Are the M and L sizings of your womens Tshirts exactly the same as the shirts you’ve previously sold? There’s no S in your current sizing chart (which is listed as an female orderable size) and the model graphics look shorter sleeved and cinched but link to the same eixing chart. Any chance of getting a few ‘picky’ shirts printed in a dark ink rather than bloodsmear style red? Great graphic as shown above stop playing with it!
I agree! So, when am i gonna be able to buy a pair of your rock boots? pay day is on the 4th so get crackin..
Fair enough,i keep badgering people about it to see if they’ll switch over,it’s nice that you thought about it.
organic cotton....that is a question. Well in short YES, and that’s a deliberate use of capitals. We went down the whole organic route, had samples over from Patagonia’s Beneficial T program, had a number of SKall approved manufactures in our sights but in short we were faced with a financial commitment larger than we could afford. If we were to buy from a trusted manufacturer/supplier of organic tshirts such as Beneficial T or Hug then we faced long lead times, limited colour choice and most important much larger minimums to make it viable. The second route was to buy an off the shelf organic cotton from a supplier that we could not validate, but this then defeats the purpose as we have no way of telling if they are organic or not and even if there were organic could we trust where they were made. So we chose a UK supplier with it’s own factory in Turkey, they offer good value, a nicely made product and will take small orders. As we increase the qty that we make we will hopefully switch to organic as it becomes viable, but at the moment we cant do it properly. And if we cant do it properly we wont do it.
