Let us know your thoughts on the style of Jeanius pants we should develop for ladies.

As a vertically challenged member of society I would love to see a shorter leg and lower waist. I find it increasingly hard to find jeans that dont come up to my chest and down over my feet!

Me too! My boyfriend just got a pair, and I really want some too!
I always have a hard time finding trousers with a short enough leg, and am often forced into buying children’s clothes!
Most adult sized trousers that fit me around the waist come right up to my ribs and continue way past my feet! I’m 5ft 1 - Please make me some trousers that fit!!!!

Just to be different i’m not vertically challenged so ladies jeans in a long or 33”+ are always appreciated. I’d be happy with a low waist though. Also reasonably wide at the bottom, far too many ladies cuts are tapered so only suited to wearing heels or little feet & not suitable for your nice chunky walking shoes or trainers.

I agree with the wider bottom, not many 3 inch healed approach shoes on the market to go with nice tapered bottoms!

Yep, wide bottoms for big feet would be good, and a choice of leg lengths would be ace. I can’t wait!!!

These sound fantastic, I have been following the progress of the men’s pair in Trail.
I would love to try these out hill and mountain walking, also sound like they would be good for messing with the kids or walking to work.
On style I agree, a lower cut waist would be more comfortable when walking and scrambling and a boot cut is needed for sure. They will need to have the stretch element and gusset the same as the men’s and I hope they keep the button fly.
Here is hoping they can be ready for this summer.

Yay! At last. Please can we have a low waist to accomodate tea stop overload, loose leg for ease of movement and boot-friendliness, diamond gusset to avoid seam/saddle/girl-bits conflict and a choice of lengths because, as above, some of us do need a 33” leg! Or sell with turn-up tape and an unfinished hem, like Ikea curtains.
Look at the boy fit Howies jeans for a great cut. But please don’t look at their price tags

but please don’t make the waist too low - otherwise cycling gets draughty, and not a fan of showing off what I’m wearing underneath when active.
there must be a compromise between pure function (high waist) and pure fashion (requiring a bikini wax).

I would love some of these. I am looking for the perfect cycling trouser that I can wear when raining and not have to change when I get to where I am going.
Can they have a boot cut, but with tabs sewn both sides and a button detail outside so that the legs can be rolled up a bit whilst cycling, and then let down at the destination to look like normal jeans?
Not too long in the leg, I am 5 ft 2 so 30 inch more than enough, although I could hem them and if the tie up tapes had a couple of button holes, they could anyway be adjusted to fit rolled up a bit.
Also definately need diamond gusset, SWRVE do this very well in their stretchy short trousers, no nasty pinching!
Mobile phone pocket on the hip?
Just some thoughts.

I’d prefer a lower waist and longer leg,I’m a 33”. Boyfriend or bootcut would be good.

As another poster said, please don’t make the waist/rise too low. Not a fan of trousers that barely cover your lady garden or butt crack!
After much frustrating changing room action, I have decided that levis women’s 10529 bootcut are the most flattering, well fitting jeans I’ve every had. So, my suggestion, something like these, with a 34” waist and 32” leg option

Yes, they would be best with a bit more fabric at the back when cycling. Please adjust the cut and check it still covers our butts when legs flexed.
We ladies do NOT like to have builders bum / thong issues whilst having to concentrate on red lights and advance stop lines.

Keep the button flys!
A choice of leg lengths (I am long legged). Boyfriend cut would be good as i’m not a fan of tight jeans.
Basically exactly like the guys only for girl shapes and not high waisted! I even like the driving to the mountains logo on the back pocket but i’m guessing you’ll change this…

My husband has a pair of slim fit jeanius, and I am really looking forward to trying the women’s version. Like the button fly, and a relaxed/boot cut fit. Only suggestion is to make sure the front pockets are deep enough to put your whole hand in, not just your fingers.

I’m with everyone else, low ish rise, button fly, boot cut and with a choice of leg lengths (possibly some for midgets like me, 28”!) Also some boyfriend cut jeans have too low/big/wide back pockets that make my ass look huge! So don’t make them too big!
I’m really looking forward to these jeans as I have yet to find a pair of walking trousers in a colour or style I like! I don’t want to wear the same trousers as my 60 year old mother when I’m 24! So hurry up please!
