View Baffle Construction

A construction method used in sleeping bags and garments for retaining the down clusters. “Walls” (called baffles) are created with another piece of fabric to make the down boxes three dimensional. Channels are filled with down individually and once sealed the down cannot move into other channels. The two most common methods of construction are known as Stitch through construction and Box wall construction.
